1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rootinz Motors website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Rootinz Motors, you must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a valid credit or debit card in your name. Additional requirements may apply for specialty and luxury vehicles.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card upon vehicle pickup.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full rental amount for the first day.

5. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be operated in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. The following are strictly prohibited: off-road driving, racing, towing, subletting the vehicle, using the vehicle for hire, smoking inside the vehicle, and transporting hazardous materials.

6. Insurance & Liability

Basic liability insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available at checkout. You are responsible for any damage not covered by your selected insurance plan, up to the full value of the vehicle.

7. Returns

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns are charged at $25/hour for the first 4 hours, then the full daily rate applies. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as pickup, with the same fuel/charge level.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rootinz Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
