Rental Policy

Driver Requirements
All drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid, unexpired driver's license held for at least one year. International drivers must present a valid passport alongside their license. Additional drivers can be added for $10/day.
Mileage Policy
Daily rentals include 200 miles per day. Weekly rentals include 1,000 miles. Monthly rentals offer unlimited mileage. Additional miles are billed at $0.25/mile.
Fuel & Charging Policy
Hybrid vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup. Electric vehicles (Tesla) must be returned with at least 20% battery charge. A refueling/recharging fee of $9.99/gallon (or $25 flat for EVs) applies if the vehicle is returned below the required level.
Late Returns
A 30-minute grace period is provided. After that, late fees apply at $25/hour for the first 4 hours, then the full daily rate is charged. Extended delays without notice may result in the rental being reported.
Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for: off-road driving, racing or speed testing, towing, ride-sharing or delivery services, transporting more passengers than the vehicle's capacity, smoking (including e-cigarettes), or any illegal activity. Violations result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the deposit.
Damage & Accidents
Report any damage or accidents immediately by calling (202) 555-0100. File a police report for any collision. Your financial responsibility depends on your insurance tier. A $250 smoking/cleaning fee applies if the vehicle interior requires deep cleaning.
Tolls & Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period. A $25 administrative fee may be added per violation processed.
Deposit Refund
Security deposits are refunded within 48 hours of vehicle return, pending inspection. Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, fuel shortages, or policy violations.
