Yes! Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Modifications can be made through your account at any time. Late cancellations may incur a 10% fee.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not accept cash or prepaid cards.

Rental Requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge on premium and specialty vehicles.

A valid driver's license, the credit card used for booking, and your confirmation email (or booking number). International visitors also need a valid passport.

Yes, a refundable security deposit ($150–$500 depending on the vehicle) is held on your card at pickup. It's released within 48 hours of return, provided there's no damage or policy violations.

Insurance & Coverage

We offer three tiers: Basic (included), Premium ($15/day — reduced deductible), and Full Coverage ($22/day — zero deductible, roadside, personal effects). You can choose during booking.

Contact us immediately at (202) 555-0100. File a police report if needed. Your insurance coverage determines your financial responsibility. With Full Coverage, you're protected with zero deductible.

Vehicles & Fuel

Hybrid vehicles should be returned with at least the same fuel level as pickup. Electric vehicles (Tesla) should be returned with at least 20% charge. Refueling fees apply if returned below the required level.

Daily rentals include 200 miles/day. Weekly rentals include 1,000 miles. Monthly rentals come with unlimited mileage. Excess mileage is charged at $0.25/mile.
